 SHIPPING

Thank you for your order! Your item(s) will ship from Texas within five (5) business days.  If you choose an expedited shipping option, please beware that the five (5) day processing time still applies although we try our best to send ALL packages out in 1-2 business days .

December (holiday) and post-sale shipping time frames can range between 7-21 days depending on the number of orders received. If your order is time sensitive please contact us (hello@fitbeads.co) and we will do our best to expedite processing and or adjust or cancel your order if necessary. Shipping is suspended the week between Christmas and New Years.

Keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation email, which will provide a link to your tracking information. USPS usually delivers packages in 3-5 business days. 

If you have not received your package in a reasonable amount of time or if you have received a delivery confirmation, but still do not have your package please contact your local post office with your tracking number for more information before reaching out to hello@fitbeads.co (they almost always have more information than we do).

If your package has been lost in the mail by USPS please contact your local post office with your tracking number for more information about your packages whereabouts. You may file a missing mail claim with the USPS or file an insurance claim with the USPS if you purchased a shipping option that included shipping insurance.

RETURNS

We try our best to provide you with all the information, tools and resources to help you choose the right waist beads for you, but if you have an issue with your order we’re happy to help!

If you still need to speak with someone to resolve your issue please email hello@fitbeads.co within 30 days of receiving your order and be sure to include your order number for reference.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 539 W. Commerce St. #2754 Dallas, 75208.

REFUNDS

Items that come damaged, defective or incorrect are eligible for refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES

If you have any issues tying on your waist beads or they fall off for any reason within the first 7 days we are happy to replace them.

Please return your broken waist beads to: 539 W. Commerce #2754 Dallas TX 75208. Include your name and order number in the package.

Once we receive your broken beads we will send a replacement of the same style or if that style is not available we will contact you with options for substitution. 

If you receive an item that is the wrong size, you may return it for a refund and re-order the correct size directly from the website (providing it is available).

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 539 W. Commerce #2754 Dallas TX 75208.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was damaged, defective or incorrect. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
